  1. Quality Guarantee: Our pooja products are sourced from reputable suppliers to ensure authenticity and quality. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of any pooja product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
  2. Incorrect or Missing Items: If you receive incorrect items or if any item is missing from your order, please notify us promptly. We will rectify the issue by providing a refund, replacement, or alternative solution.

General Refund and Returns Policy:

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund or return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
